Every order is prepared with care. If something about your order is not right, we welcome the opportunity to understand what happened and discuss an appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

Please notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number, a brief description of the concern, and clear photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.

If you are unable to contact us within seven days, please still reach out. We will review the circumstances, while any available resolution remains subject to the applicable policy and law.

How Resolutions Are Handled

Each concern is reviewed individually, taking into account the nature of the issue, the condition of the item, and the circumstances of the order. Depending on the situation, a resolution may include a replacement, refund, exchange, or another appropriate option. A particular resolution is not guaranteed.

Please contact us before returning an item. Do not send an item back without first receiving return authorization and instructions. If a return is approved, we will explain the process and any applicable shipping costs before you proceed.

When a Fragrance Feels Different Than Expected

Fragrance is personal, and a scent may be experienced differently depending on individual preferences and the space in which it is used. If you are unsure about your selection or feel your experience has fallen short of expectations, you are welcome to share your concerns with us.

Fragrance dissatisfaction does not automatically qualify for a return, exchange, or refund. We will listen and consider your concern, but a specific outcome cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Orders are prepared and shipped according to the processing and delivery estimates provided during checkout. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee of a particular arrival date unless expressly stated.

• Shipping address: Please review your shipping details carefully before completing checkout.
• Tracking concerns: If tracking has not updated as expected or you believe a package has been lost or delivered incorrectly, contact us so we can review the situation.
• Address changes: Contact us promptly if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or shipment.
• Delays: If an order cannot be shipped within a timeframe promised, we will provide any notices and options required by applicable law.

Because some products are prepared to order, we may begin processing your purchase soon after it is placed. If you need to correct, change, or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request when feasible, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once preparation or fulfillment has progressed.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Product descriptions, images, fragrance selections, and availability are provided to help guide your purchase; reasonable variations may occur. Prices, applicable taxes, and available payment methods are presented during checkout and may be updated as permitted by law.

Candles involve an open flame and require care and attention. Always follow the safety instructions supplied with your product.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and anything that can catch fire.
• Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from edges and flammable materials.
• Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches, and other debris.
• Trim the wick as directed in the product instructions before lighting.
• Do not move a burning candle or a candle with hot liquid wax.
• Allow the vessel and wax to cool before handling.
• Discontinue use when the candle reaches the end-of-life point indicated by the product instructions. Do not burn a candle all the way down to the vessel's base.
• Do not use a candle if the vessel is cracked, damaged, or otherwise unsafe.
• Use candles only as intended and follow all product-specific warnings.

If a candle behaves unexpectedly, discontinue use. Failure to follow candle safety instructions can result in fire, injury, or property damage.
